Creative ways to use our Pestos:
* Toss with Pasta and shrimp, or any meat ! We love to add a poached egg to this dish so that the soft yolk can drip down the pasta, mingle with the pesto and create a richer sauce.
* Add to mashed potatoes, rice, or top off a baked potato.
* Any of our pestos can doll up your sandwich, panini, grilled cheese, pizza, & burgers.
* Turn into a Pesto butter- add melted butter- or just slather as is on toasted bread, topping to a finished roast, meatloaf, chicken, fish, & steak. Our personal favorite: on Prime Rib and baked Salmon~ brush on pesto after grilling/ cooking meat.
* Elevate Roasted Vegetables- just toss with a few spoonfuls of your choice pesto. We love it over Roasted Cauliflower, Asparagus, and Portabellas!
